Mary McClatchey has over twenty years of experience in employment and civil rights law. For fifteen years, she was an employment and civil rights law judge for the Colorado State Personnel Board, deciding and mediating hundreds of federal and state civil rights and employment cases. She also previously served as General Counsel to the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, and as a litigator in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, the Denver City Attorney’s office, and in private practice. Mary has lectured nationally on employment law topics and provided training and consulting to dozens of employers on racial and gender justice, unconscious bias, harassment prevention, inclusive leadership, and creating psychologically healthy workplaces.
With this experience, judgment and compassion, Mary is a powerful advocate for her clients. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, gardening, needle work, and singing rock & roll.
